Investing isn’t rocket science. |

But, it isn’t throwing darts either. |
What To Do |
There
is a methodology to successful investing. This methodology varies
greatly from one firm to another. At Clark Brothers, we have refined our
investment methodology over the 20 years we have been investing. We
feel that the most important parameter of evaluating companies for an
investment opportunity is the management. People run companies, not
numbers. Leaders can make or break a company (or a country or a sports
franchise). The best example of this in corporate America is Alan
Mulally’s turnaround at Ford Motor Company. Bill Ford, Jr. (heir of the
founder of Ford, Henry Ford) realized he needed help from a
turnaround/operations expert to save his family’s iconic American
business. Turns out, he was right to bring in Mr. Mulally, who
streamlined Ford’s product line, negotiated with the unions, and secured
lines of credit to allow Ford to sustain the deepest recession since
the Great Depression. Which companies have the best management teams in place? Clark Brothers Investments has some ideas. Call us today to find out. Jason’s personal cell phone = 720 255 5711; or personal email = Jason@ |
Quote of the Week |
“Winning is not a sometimes thing; it’s an all the time thing. You don’t win once in a while; you don’t do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.” What it Takes to be Number 1 by Vince Lombardi. |
