| Everything in moderation – some wise cracking army lt. told me that years ago. Turns out, that’s pretty good investment advice – among other things. Just as it sounds, this can apply to your investments in regards to everything from a disagreement with your advisor, disagreement over the demand destruction of oil, precious metals, sector rotation, buying speculative securities, etc. etc. As long as you maintain some balance, some diversification, some sense of what happens to my investment if I am wrong, then you will be fine. More specifically, the aforementioned is one reason we have been buying more of the healthcare sector (PFE, JNJ, MRK, VHT, JAGLX…to name a few). |
